Thurmon Cohen

Mr. Cohen has been in the community development and construction industry for more than 35 years. Prior to founding TCAI, LLC, he served as a Construction Analyst for the HUD, Assistant Planning Director for the City of East Orange as well as a Project Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle. He has developed more than $25 million of single and multi-family housing. Designed single and multi-family projects, supervised the construction of more than $125 million of commercial and residential projects. Mr. Cohen has served as the Chairman of the East Orange Chamber of Commerce, Harambee Community Development Corporation and the East Orange Housing Authority. He has also served as a speaker to the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials’ National convention
