Behind The Movement: Matt & Melissa Pisani Matt Pisani is a motivational speaker and the founder of the non-profit organization Clean Slate Living. He shares his personal life journey around the world through Hip Hop performances and interactive outreaches. While pursuing a record deal within the music industry, Matt fell into drug and alcohol addiction. With numerous independent projects self-titled as Matty P he created a movement in the college circuit targeting Spring Break crowds nationwide. In 2007, he walked away from the music industry due to a substance abuse battle. Reaching rock bottom, he needed to start over with a Clean Slate. He desires to encourage and empower his fans to "Rewrite Tomorrow" Melissa Pisani comes from humble beginnings but always had a desire to work hard to reach her goals no matter any obstacles ahead. Born in New York, but grew up most of her life in Las Vegas. After college at University of Nevada Las Vegas, she moved back to New York to pursue her dream of being in the entertainment industry. With many successes, and roadblocks she knew there was something more besides the lights and camera. Her passion has always been to be an entrepreneur with a purpose. She has worked in the film, fashion, restaurant, and sales industries. Her latest venture is being the Vice President of a non- profit called Clean Slate Living. Melissa and her Husband Matt have the heart to reach the unreached in communities to give a message of hope, restoration, encouragement, and worth.Â
We are striving to teach and empower children, teenagers, and young adults to live healthy lifestyles. Challenging each individual to identify where they lack integrity and remove habits that may lead them to moral and physical selfdestruction.

Community Talks "Half Hollow East High School has had the pleasure of forming a relationship with Clean Slate Living. Members of the organization presented an assembly for 10th-grade students in our school for the past two years. Clean Slate Living delivers a message through a variety of methods. They have presented speaking of their real-life experiences showing educational videos, playing musical trivia games, performing music & involving students in interactive skits. The students were engaged throughout the entire approx. 75-minute high energy, high impact presentation. Over 450 students willingly participated when invited & they were quiet, focused & attentive at appropriate times.
