How to develop a moving PR Campaign? The Key Factors

What expectations to give All of these factors will help you produce & execute your customized Public Relations Campaign. To begin your journey as a PR guru, let us focus on your brand. How do you want to be seen in the community/media? How far would you like to grow your network? As a new PR professional, make sure you show your clients how confident you are, justs as your photo! Understand the beginning stages of starting a business, especially a PR agency, it takes time to develop your tactics & strategies. They're many steps on producing a campaign tailored to your campaign. Take a peek the steps below:

The first thing you want to do is make sure you have an objective for this campaign & duration! Think about it this way. Would you like to have one massive campaign that will focus on your client's brand or have mini-campaigns that will leave a long impression on the audience? Or do both?


The Client: Public Figure Let's begin with a massive beginning for your client, to add a little realness to your journey, let's work with a Public Speaker. Step 1: Create a visionary on where you want to see your clients in the next four months, eight months and one year. For a public speaker, you should send them a questionnaire on what they want to focus on & what areas they would like to showcase to their audience so they can build a following. Step 2: Take the first visionary you see for your clients for one year.

Planning: The overall year plan should have the following details: Client's brief( Objective) Marketing Plans ( Under this section) Community Relations Digital Marketing Publicity (Under this section) What mediums will you be focusing on What campaigns you will be producing within the year What mediums will you be focusing on( Which includes the following) Which publications you will be focusing on Which Lifestyle Shows/ Networks you will be focusing on What Radio stations you will be focusing on How will you monitor the campaign; include what areas you will be focusing on throughout the year.


The Client:  Public Figure Step 3: Abstracting the minor points of this campaign & create a mini-campaign that can complement the more extensive campaign. Again, who says you are only working for one reason for your client, which is publicity, but let's take it up a notch and incorporate their own community. These mini-campaigns can be micro-managed on time.

Mini-Campaigns: In the mini-campaigns you will have the following details: - Publicity Goal - Pitch Dates - Pitch Ideas - Publicity Calendar that is geared towards the targeted media - Marketing Tactics These mini-campaigns should give your client more insight & a safety night when watching their ROI come through on a monthly basis.

When you release your entire campaign for your client, which is a public figure; just remember to give your self-time when planning out your client's journey. You have to make sure it can truly happen within the time you are giving them as well as what all they need to see.
