We conducted interviews and surveys with C-Level professionals (25+), revealing a need for clarity and ease of navigation. Using empathy maps and personas, we focused on typical user journeys, emphasizing quick access to services and testimonials, addressing frustrations with our previous site’s lack of clarity and user-friendliness.

The main issue identified was our old website's failure to clearly communicate our identity and services, especially for older professionals. We defined our goal to create a clear, modern, and user-friendly site, framed by questions like, "How might we make our website clear and engaging for older users?"
We brainstormed and sketched ideas for a clean, minimalist design with intuitive navigation, readable fonts, and dedicated sections for key content. Techniques like Crazy 8s and SCAMPER helped us explore solutions to ensure the site is modern, accessible, and effectively showcases our expertise.
