No doubt you would be skeptical but I have seen it happen in numerous patients throughout my years of clinical practice. You can reset your metabolism, break free of cravings, lose weight and radically transform your health in just a few weeks by following an individualized doctor directed 21 day detox plan. By following your individualized program, you can not only lose your chronic pain, fatigue, brain fog and G.I. problems, but also start shedding those unwanted pounds. You will then be turning the corner on present and future chronic health problems such as metabolic syndrome, type II diabetes, allergies, autoimmune disease, heart disease, sexual dysfunction and so much more. You may ask how this is possible. It really is easy to understand; what makes you hurt, feel fatigued and makes you fat are the very same metabolic conditions that bring about chronic disease, from heart disease to Alzheimer’s. The underlying metabolic issues are systemic inflammation, free radical damage, and many times insulin resistance. The primary triggers for these problems are poor diet, high glycemic foods, food allergies, chemicals and heavy metals, and often include elevated levels of stress. Fortunately, we live in a society that demands disclosure on the packages of everything we consume. If it is processed and packaged in a factory it usually contains, preservatives, additives, coloring, or dyes; it’s not that real, so get rid of it. Remove food or drink that contains added sugars, high fructose syrups or artificial sweeteners, especially any sugar-sweetened beverages or fruit juices. Remove anything that contains hydrogenated oils and refined vegetable oils. Get rid of any sugar or flour based foods such as cookies, cakes and candies.
