For me, the most valuable experience you have gather during the MLE project meeting is that I am able to work with the other disciplines by knowing and understanding their work scope, sharing the experience together and also I’ve got and learned knowledge and skills from the other schools compared to mine. This is a good learning process as it making me better and also lean how to communicate with people who I am going to work it. I Believe that it would strongly help me in the future while working with others. It also allows me to better handling the situation like I’ve faced before in this project. It’ s quite challenging that we’re collaborating with other schools as we encountered with communications, having different concept and ideas, and also the timing problem when it comes to a group meeting. But after all, fortunately we are slowly working in a team and we’re able to work as one. All we do is to really communicate as much as possible and also to think and accept the comments given by the others. I believe that communication is key, it does solve problems when you speaks out. Which disciplines contribute the MOST important information during the weekly discussion? I felt that all the disciplines are doing their part and they gives all the best and their effort during the project. So, I would say they are all the same and there’s no comparison among all if them. But if is saying the most important disciplines that we can’t miss or without having is the Architect because they are the one handling the project and provide us floor plans, building structure and etc. Without them, the project will not work as they are the one that will be there from the start till the end of the project. For instance, keeping the group midsize could be improve the experience of collaboration with other Schools. Groups that are too large create ‘freeloading’ where not all members participate. A moderate size group of four or five is ideal. If I would use one work to describe this MLE experience, I would describe it as “PLEASANT”.
