About the Workshop

How it works?
Section one 10:00am - 12:00pm
Participants will work in groups and learn how to make one particular preserved food under the instruction of local experts and PICA chefs

Section two 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Challenging for PICA students
Activities for participants
PICA students start making dishes based on the given preserved food from the previous workshop
Meanwhile, participants will be given a 10min lecture of food preservation and rest of time will be used for them to meet and share preservation knowledge with others
