Rules and Regulations

Each team will need to come up with their own menu capable of serving a minimum of 500 people. Teams need to provide necessary supplies and utensils. It is required that teams bring their own table and chairs for set-up. It is recommended that they provide tents to keep their patrons out of the sun.

SECURITY:

Security and an MBI Host will be on site during all operation hours of event, we have the right to restrict or reject any vehicle or person for reasons of safety. Absolutely no glass allowed on premises. GARBAGE:

Each team is responsible for providing garbage cans and liners at your booth. The city will have dumpsters available to all teams to dispose of their garbage. CLEAN-UP:

All contestants are responsible for keeping their space clean and sanitary and must have their booths deconstructed and removed from the location by June 18th at 11:00 AM.

If you are unable to participate in the Bakken BBQ but wish to contribute a monetary donation: Please make checks payable to: MBI Energy Services/Bakken BBQ. Please mail your contributions to MBI Energy Services, Attn. Tiffany Steiner 12980 35th Street SW Belfield, ND 58622.

ELECTRICITY:

Quiet, portable generators are allowed. Light plants will be placed around the location. ALCOHOL:

No open containers of alcoholic beverages are permitted outside the designated area. Teams are allowed to bring their own alcohol; however, all public alcohol sales are permitted by Army’s only! PARKING:

No assigned parking. Please be aware that individuals who violate any of the above rules will be asked to leave the property.
