These caps are perfect for teams, sidelines, boosters and fans of all kinds. Pro Model caps feature some of the largest selections of color options of any Pacific Headwear Series. FEATURES Universal fit is created with a woven spandex sweatband that stretches to fit a range of sizes. Universal caps mold to the shape of your head providing the most comfortable cap available.

Coolport Mesh is created from a special fabric that allows body heat to flow out and cool air to flow in.

Our caps are approved for Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken

AIR-TEC Performance fabric features a lightweight, poly/ spandex mesh weave design for durability, comfort, and performance.

A written Purchase Order with your account number is required for all embroidery orders. Embroidery orders will only be accepted via email, dealer web portal or fax. Pacific Headwear prefers all orders be submitted using the embroidery form available in the catalog. An electronic version of the form can be found on your dealer web portal, or can be emailed to you upon request. You can also fax your orders in using this form. If submitting your own Purchase Order Form, all of the required information must be completed before we can start your order. New custom embroidery logos must be submitted in industry standard art formats (Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, EPS, are the preferred formats). Please provide as much detail about your logo as possible. Repeat Orders must include either a previous Invoice, Sales Order, or Purchase Order number to reference. Please clearly mark any color or design changes on Repeat Orders. Order Date is set from when we receive a complete order, which includes all Artwork, Styles, Colors, and other required order information. PLEASE NOTE: Custom digitized designs used in production are the property of Pacific Headwear. We are not required to provide copies of these designs. Custom designs are available for production only if re-ordered by the account that originally paid for the design.
