LA LORRAINE We are a Belgian family company with over 50 years of tradition on the European market and employing over 2,800 people. We conduct business activities in four sectors: milling, fresh bakery products, frozen bakery products and retail, in which we have over 400 of our own retail shops. We operate 11 manufacturing plants in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Poland and in Romania. We sell our products in over 25 countries. It is our goal to offer a wide and unique range of high-quality bakery products which guarantee customer and consumer satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal, we continuously innovate both our processes and products, we make sure that quality remains high and create products which are unique in avour and appearance.

RECOMMENDATIONS The instructions on the products are of an informative character and are approximate. Precise instructions for baking, depending on the conditions in the facility and the used technology, should be consulted with La Lorraine, a.s. employees or with the supplier of the bakery products Products are thawed at normal room temperatures of between 20 and 22 °C, unless specified otherwise. Steam should be applied to products which have steam in their baking procedure at the beginning of the baking process.
