RIDLERSTRAßE TYPE: -Office space LOCATION: -Munich, Germany SIZE: 13,500 m² TEAM: OSA Munich STATUS: Working progress DATE: 2014-2020 CONCEPT The area Ridlerstraße 37 is located on the corner, where the middle ring meets the Ridlerstraße. It is part of a commercial buildings that extends between the railway tracks and the Ridlerstraße along its entire length. The existing complex consists of three parts: a rectangular complex with an oval courtyard dating back to the 1980s, located on Garmischer Straße, an elongated 5-storey flat roof building facing Ridlerstrasse and a 9-storey skyscraper that meets the emerging corner situation. The design not only includes demolition and new construction, but consciously orientates itself on the existing formation, develops it further and place it in a sly relationship to the existing urban structures. The location of the property in the crossing area of one of the important access roads of Munich with the Ridlerstraße is exposed in several ways. Both roads deviate from their straight course at this point with a striking bend, thus suggest a change in the urban structures. At the height of the opposite Heimeranplatz, the axes of the streets swivel around in the geometries of the old city pattern and the traditional Munich begins here. The main axes not only open up and limit this space, they also shape the shape. From the constellation of the street estuaries into the square, the figure of an 8-corner that skilfully adopts our design emerges: The floor plan of the skyscraper, an irregular prism, functions as a reflection of the analyzed conditions and creates a connection between the polygonal geometry of the building Environment and architecture. 06

INCUBATOR TYPE: -Office space LOCATION: -Munich, Germany SIZE: 18,000 m² TEAM: OSA Munich STATUS: Working progress DATE: 2016-2020 CONCEPT A BUILDING MAKES A CITY / On the grounds of the Temmler site, where the Macherei - one of the city’s most modern office and commercial districts - is to be built shortly, we are realizing a large office building with a total of 18,000 m². The Incubator consists of two parts of the building enclosing the property from three sides. The floors of the buildings vary in height with up to six floors, which not only provides a game of symmetry, but also for several beautiful roof terraces. The lower floors have a facade of dark clinker and plaster, reminiscent of the district’s industrial heritage. From the third floor, the house has glazed floors, the skillful light impulses and sent the massiveness of the clinker clever transparency and lightness. The second floor is equipped with a spacious conference area, which is divided into a large hall and several smaller meeting rooms equally bookable for all parties of the house. The Incubator is expected to draw a colorful mix of classic business, hip start-ups, established companies as well as gastronomy.

MUSEUM CLUNY TYPE: -Closed competition LOCATION: -Paris, France TEAM: NLA, Francisco Mangado DATE: 06.2014 CONCEPT The project begins with two general reflections. The first makes reference to the Cluny museum and the entire complex. The second is a contemporary interpretation of the medieval art of building, in particular the Gothic. A. The complex The new access into the museum is conceived with a view to achieving coherence in the complex in the event of an intervention on the existing Roman ruins. The project clearly contemplates two phases that can be executed independently of each other or jointly, but ensures that if only the access is to be carried out, it will be seen as an autonomous element.

B. Gothic interpretation A composition where the vertical predominates, lightness, the use of linear elements, and lighting : these together create an atmosphere of elevation. They represent the attributes of construction and Gothic composition which can be the basis of an adequate contemporary response. One of the first objectives of the project was to research on and develop these attributes without mimicry, and they have enabled us to establish a direct relationship between the HĂ´tel de Cluny and the new architectural proposal, making a leap in time.

3D VISUALIZATIONS TYPE: -Various Projects COMPUTER SOFTWARE: 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, Lightroom SketchUP, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD DATE: 2014 - 2020 CONCEPT The idea behind the 3D visualization was to create an representation/image of a particular scenario that might occur after the building is done. An important thing was to create an image, that with its composition and atmosphere will depict the project in that way that it will be easy readable, but in the same time, showing the main idea behind the concept of the building itself.

MSU TYPE: -International competition LOCATION: -Skopje, Macedonia TEAM: Tikvaroski Goce, Proshevski Andrej, Unevski Kiril, Metodija Gjeorgiev DATE: 05.2019 CONCEPT The Kale Cultural Fortress is an example of a collective city space which through the development of the City of Skopje becames a definition of place. In addition to this territory there are cultural objects of regional importance, however the space between them has no defined boundaries, recognizable purpose, it is unformed and without concrete program. To solve this urban environment there should be a balance between Socio-political, economic and formality. The space should connect several zones with a specific purpose, city park, shop, the old Skopje bazaar and the city “small ring”, while offering a new city program. Public space can be perceived primarily as a place for discussion (polis) or place for cohabitation (cosmopolis). In the first case, the image of the city comes primarily from the agora which is a place for collective decision making. In this sense public space should serve as a platform for discussion between citizens and the state. That is why the city is a place for philosophy, a place to talk, a stage for public debate and interaction. The collective space can also be viewed as a place to socialize, a sphere of spontaneity and comparisons with other everyday actors. In the latter case the image for the city as a social scene is represented through cosmopolis, a place that is primary to the coexistence of diversity. Hence

the need for modern public space to be inclusive and have a heterogeneous character. The efforts made to regain urban space are in fact a struggle for democracy. Consequently the question arises as how to shape the modern public space in the city of Skopje, a fragmented urban landscape of past and present ideologies? Site plan

SERLACHIUS MUSEUM GOSTA EXTENSION TYPE: -International competition LOCATION: -Mänttä, Finland TEAM: Tikvaroski Goce, Proshevski Andrej, Ivanovski Jovan, Topalovska Ivana DATE: 03.2011 CONCEPT The volumetric composition of the new building consists of components of different heights that are connected in a whole that is consist of individual but well integrated parts. The idea to make a whole out of elements comes as a reference to the present character of the immediate surrounding that could be perceived as an ensemble of architectural and vegetal sedimentations over time. Moreover, the act of densification of mass results with a compact form that is highly advantageous in terms of ecology and therefore sustainability.
The connection between the old building and the extension.
This rationale enabled an organizational plan where internal programmatic applications are interwoven on many composition levels, thus allowing spatial synergies of various intensities. Major programmatic strong-points that are catalyst of public presence, apart from the exhibition spaces, are all oriented towards the southern perimeter of the building where the panoramas over the surrounding landscape are extraordinary. In the exhibition spaces, the interior is concealed from the exterior thus creating a world of itself. As symmetry, the foyer is largely open and orientated towards the surrounding natural habitat, thus creating a duality of atmospheres that are to be experienced by the museum visitors.

WARDEN AVENUE TYPE: -Interior design LOCATION: -Toronto, Canada TEAM: Tikvaroski Goce, Radoncic Hazemina DATE: 06.2020 CONCEPT The first thing that needed to be done for this project was to make a better organised plan, one that would fit the client’s needs not only for now, but on a long run as well.

The first thing was moving all the bedrooms on the first floor. By doing that, not only that we can get a better program division and therefore a spa area with all the necessary amenities right next to the pool, but we have a better division in terms of privacy, daytime/nigh time activity and noise distribution as well. Next, as we extended the swimming pool area by designing a spa on the north wing of the house, on the opposite side a porch was added. The idea there was to unity the whole public area not just within the house (on one side touching the kitchen and on the other the swimming pool), but the outside garden as well.

URBAN SMOKEHOUSE RESTAURANT TYPE: -Interior design LOCATION: -Madrid, Spain TEAM: Tikvaroski Goce, Proshevski Andrej DATE: 12.2015 CONCEPT The starting design point was the functionality of the urban smokehouse restaurant. In order to fulfill the requirements for the capacity of the restaurant we decided to relocate the toilets and propose new position on the bar to achieve better communication between the kitchen and the bar. With the new setting, there is clear division between the kitchen area and the eating area so that the food is going directly to the bar. The toilets are divided with buffer zone from the eating area. As far as the design approach, the chopping board is the main decorative element. We combine the light and the chopping board to create light and worm ceiling as well as interesting shadows created on the floor. The eating area is in symbiosis with the ceiling by the combination of natural materials and simple designed elements. The floor is made of wooden boards and Spanish tiles that are also part of the bar design. The new walls and covers of the columns are made of local brick so that creates, in combination with the existing neighbors building, a connection of spaces and atmospheres. The outdoor space is shaped by very few elements, simply designed chairs and tables and flexible industrial lamps.
Interior view
As a final result we get a cool new place in Madrid for locals and tourists to have a relaxing time with smoked meet and beer.

OUTBOX TYPE: -Exhibition LOCATION: -Skopje, Macedonia TEAM: Arhitektri, SCARS, STARS DATE: 06.2010 CONCEPT In the central exhibition hall of the Museum of the City of Skopje, OUTBOX 2010 is an attempt to portray the relationship towards architecture in our society. In fact, at least as far as the legal form through which is required expert opinion of architects, contests or “procurement to select the best solution, the best to be presented in the ambience of warehouses where architecture will stand the pallets despite boxes filled with consumer products.
Exhibition photo
Exhibition photo
On the other hand, this context opens the possibility for architecture to be observed in the form of product market, as well as others who are trying to survive in the market, it is to be exposed to very strict quality criteria. At another level of interpretation, the chance to see some physical configuration in which among many faceless volumes concentrate on skillfully crafted models, points to one of the properties of architectural interventions that can actually represent generators of reconstruction or modernization of towns we live.
Exhibition photo
Finally, despite the floor coating formed with piling up the dismantled remains of daily newspapers, leads to the transience of debates about architecture conducted exclusively through the media. In this context, we believe that architecture is primarily experience of physical and material and the actual checks of ideas should be realized primarily in that domain.
