1 Eat healthily and drink lots of water every day. 2 Exercise at least a couple of times per week. 3 Make sure you are registered with a local GP and Dentist. 4 If you start to feel unwell contact your GP. 5 If you feel unwell out of normal surgery hours, or you can’t see your GP make your way to your local Walk-in Health Centre or the YMCA Youth Health Zone.

+ Walk-in Centres can deal with illness and minor injuries but if your injury is critical or life threatening call 999.
+ You don’t need an appointment just call or walk in. For deep cuts, eye injuries, broken bones, severe sprains, minor head injuries, minor burns and scalds you can use your local Minor Injuries Unit.
