HORSE BREEDERS & OWNERS CONFERENCE January 14-16, 2011 Capri Centre, Red Deer, AB SPONSORSHIP / EXHIBITOR INFORMATION BENEFITS OF SPONSORSHIP Promotion – Sponsors registered by October 15th will be published in the conference promotional brochure, on the HIAA web site, in the Delegate Manuals distributed to all attendees of the conference and on event signage. Exhibit Hall Booth – Each sponsor is supplied with a 10’ wide booth space in the Exhibit Hall including an 8’ table, two chairs, electricity and high speed wireless internet access. Returning sponsors have first right of acceptance of their 2010 location if registered by October 15th. Booth assignments will be made on October 16th. Additional tables, risers, etc. can be arranged by contacting the Capri Centre at (403) 346-2091. All additional requirements will be charged directly to your organization by the Capri Centre. Conference Passes – Complimentary passes for the conference (see below for quantity) are provided with all sponsorships. Sponsors may purchase additional passes at the rate of $65. Registrations received by July 31, 2010 will be entitled to one additional conference pass.
TYPES & COSTS OF SPONSORSHIP Payment is due upon registration for all sponsorships. Payment may be made by cheque. No GST is due on sponsorships.

Coffee Break Sponsor (3 only) - $1,200 Includes all benefits of Standard Sponsorship plus:
