Casale San Giuseppe sits at the end of a drive flanked by a sweeping meadow. The home is nestled into the forest and olive groves, yet boasts dramatic and unobstucted views.

At San Giuseppe, panoramic views from the pool and patio extend across the countryside to Casole d’Elsa.

The residential compound itself is formally organized as a main residence, very private guest quarters, a cozy and convivial central courtyard, and a truly stunning pool and spa built into the ruins of an old barn. The pool and patio setting look across the countryside toward Casole d’Elsa. A more tranquil and majestic setting is difficult to imagine.

The San Giuseppe main residence is organized around a magnificent barrel-vaulted stairway that centers the residence. The kitchen and dining rooms open to an expansive courtyard, which leads to the pool and spa built magnificently into a reclaimed ruin. Throughout the home are vaulted ceilings, arched doorways and materials artfully reclaimed from centuries past.

Upstairs are two large master suites each with a private sitting room. Shuttered and screened windows open in every direction to welcome the breeze and views. The home is fully air conditioned.
