The door had to be high quality, good appearance, secure and solid – this ticks all the boxes. Overall, we are delighted with the door; it hangs well and operates beautifully. An Oxford Blue Chadlington solid timber door with a more subtle shade of Straw on the inside

Due to the decay of the old glass, the original pieces couldn’t be encapsulated and reused, instead we had the design replicated from scratch by Timber Windows. It was better to do this and we’re very pleased with the result, it’s very authentic and accurate.

We have mixed it up and been more daring with the front door; the style of the door is quite traditional but we opted for a contemporary colour and numbering style paired with the smart Samuel Heath hardware.
