In fact, The Corcoran Group is expanding into other markets with a franchise model rolling out later in 2019. I will be participating in the annual Luxury Property show event in London in late October which enables me to develop first-hand knowledge of what is happening in overseas real estate markets around the globe. Having an understanding of different cultures and lifestyle preferences enables me to advise sellers and buyers on all of their personal real estate purchases though, The Hamptons is my home base and first love. Expectations are that we will have strong sale activity as the year comes to an end while the East End offers empty beaches of white sand, quaint and cozy dining spots and a colorful fall skies.
