Sachin & Babi Fashion Show

Buyers and prospective buyers of the new Ritz Carlton Residences were feted with Champagne, hors d’oeuvres and a plein-air fashion show at the Tampa Museum of Art. On a balmy night against a sparkling backdrop of city lights, Indianborn designers Sachin and Babi Ahluwalia showed their spring collection as models walked an outdoor runway lined with chairs arranged so that every guest had a front-row seat. The event was hosted by Related Group, the Miami-based company building the 201 residences on Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa. The company, represented at the event by its president, Jon Paul Perez, and senior vice president, Nick Perez, has been involved in several other residential projects in the Tampa Bay area. Their father, philanthropist and art collector Jorge M.
