or more than 20 years, Realtor Chelby Crawford has helped her clients achieve their real estate goals when buying or selling a home. Prior to pursuing a career in the real estate industry, she owned an antique store and café. Although her attraction to real estate goes back to when she was a young child, Crawford became even more interested in real estate when she bought her first home in Pasadena. “I moved to Pasadena in 1994 and became very interested in real estate through that experience of buying my first house,” Crawford says. “I came from Manhattan Beach, and this area was so different to me with all of the history, beautiful neighborhoods and architecture. It’s such a beautiful community, and I have really grown to love it. I absolutely love it.” Crawford started working at Coldwell Banker in San Marino before moving to Dilbeck Real Estate, where she worked for many years. She ultimately returned to Coldwell Banker. Crawford specializes in the high-end luxury markets in Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, La Canada Flintridge and surrounding cities. She works with a diverse clientele and has represented everyone from CEOs and athletes to first-timer buyers. 14 | ARROYO | 09.21
