Blue Streak at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel offers an elevated culinary experience

For those in search of the ultimate Southern California dining experience this summer, Blue Streak at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel offers a seasonally rotating menu presented by executive chef Chris O’Connell combined with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and iconic Santa Monica Pier. “Being in Southern California allows us to be exceptionally flexible with our menu,” O’Connell said. “We make changes to our menu every three to four weeks to keep seasonal and play with new product. We go to the Santa Monica Farmers Market every Wednesday to strengthen our relationships with the farmers and to keep current with new and exciting produce.” The menu highlights the bounty of locally sourced produce and includes small bites, dinner and dessert.
