Ingredients other side. 1 cup of dried omena, rinsed thoroughly Extra virgin olive oil/Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon Unsalted 2. Add your thoroughly cleaned omena and fry for about 3 minutes on medium heat while tossing it gently. Instructions 4. Add a little bit of water slowly and deglaze the sticky bits from the bottom of the pan - this is where the flavour is. 1. Heat your pan on medium heat and add the washed omena, with a little bit of water 5. When finished cooking add a little more fresh lemon juice (about 5 tablespoons) so that you boil it just gently.
