The median list price in Queen Anne is $899,495 and the 30 properties have been on the market for an average of 111 days. Inventory has been lightening lately and the market has been cooling off a bit in recent weeks as we head into the winter

months. However, the market is still notably in the Seller’s zone so we haven’t yet seen prices move lower as a result. Expect the market to start gaining steam in January as it does every year.
