HOLY MOUNTAIN BREWING GRAND OPENING Queen Anne gets yet another brewery! Holy Mountain Brewing, located at 1421 Elliott Ave W, had it’s grand opening on Friday, January 23rd and was accompanied by Skillet Street Food. They have a large variety of Holy Mountain beer on tap, as well as two nitro taps. 32oz growlers of Kiln & Cone (their house pale ale) will be available in prefilled growlers. Select beers are available for on­-demand growler fills. The median list price in Queen Anne (98109) is $994,500 which is a 28.2% increase from last July! The inventory of properties listed for sale has been decreasing lately, and with the days-on-market climbing, these are relatively negative implications for the market, but this is a normal trend for the housing market this time of year.

Home sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. However prices have not yet stopped falling. Since the market is already in the Seller’s favor, we can expect prices to level off very soon. If the sales trend continues it’s very likely that prices could begin to climb.
