On 3 June 2017 an autonomous group of artists and cultural workers from Liverpool & Manchester wrote the names of nearly 2500 artist supporters of Jeremy Corbyn to fill a huge 8 metre banner. Artists4Corbyn was born.
After an initial series of banner drops on the day of the General Election, Marginal Sundays were launched: a bold tour of marginal seats that has seen the banner - and Corbyn's message - shared in public spaces and in all weathers. Following this, the banner has appeared on picket lines around Merseyside in solidarity with workers' struggle as Artists4Corbyn engage in a permanent campaign beyond election time. This booklet charts the group's activities that took place alongside The World Transformed and Labour Party Conference of 2018.
