In the event of an emergency due to electrical or mechanical issues the EZ FlowXR doors can be easily converted into manual operation. The emergency manual override utilizes quick release pins and straps to open the door. WARRANTY CLAIM & POLICY Thunderstone Manufacturing warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of times set forth in the warranty table listed below. During this period of time, if a customer is unable to resolve a product problem and Thunderstone Customer Service determines the product to be defective, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued. Follow receipt of an RGA number, the customer may be asked to return the product to Thunderstone Manufacturing, freight prepaid. This warranty is voided if the customer uses the product in an unauthorized or improper way, or in an environment for which it was not designed. This warranty is applicable to the first purchaser only.
