In the event of a cancellation, tickets will be refunded via the payment method you used to purchase the tickets. To allow us to make places available for other people we would be grateful if you would let us know if you are unable to use your ticket. To do so please email festivalbookings@britishscience association.org. Paid for tickets will only be refunded if you cancel your booking before midnight on Friday 22 August.
