We follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code at all times. Participants are responsible for their own liability insurance and will be asked to sign a disclaimer.
Preferred accommodation supplier is the Premier Inn in Thurso, which is convenient for the station.
Saturday 3 May - Lyth booking essential. Facility to be here shortly.
Sunday 4 May - Sutherland Walking Group.
Monday 5 May - Our friends from Orkney will lead a walk out to the Hempriggs Estate.
Tuesday 6 May 2025 we will learn about Nordic Walking with our partners. All the equipment you will need, and how to build your own business around this great activity.
Wednesday 7 May
Thursday 8 May is VE Day and Walter Mowatt will lead a walk at John o Groats at 15:00 –free.
Friday 9 May and 10 May 2025 we focus on the bridges, but you can sign up to do the bridges at any time.
We are hoping to help disabled people to join us and possibly some schools. Watch this space. Many walks will be led by the Sutherland Walking Group
