TIP 4: Sing out Research studies have shown that singing on a regular basis can improve how you feel generally so why not join a choir or just sing along to your favourite songs on the radio. TIP 5: Be Inspired We are really lucky to have some great live theatre venues in the North East, so get informed and go and see some live shows. If you need support such as being accompanied by a carer, often the carer gets to go free so why not try it?
