MARINA FAC I L I T I E S Below is a list of the facilities available to you at the marina and how to access them. If you experience any issues at any time, please contact the marina office for assistance. ACCESS CODES Please find below access codes for the marina. May we politely ask that these are not shared with anyone either inside or outside of the marina. Main gate: Berth holder’s car park: Internal washrooms: Pontoon gates: Visitor WiFi:
ELECTRICITY Electricity is provided at each berth via a number of different methods. Depending upon your berth you may be using a smart meter, prepaid card or monthly billing.
If you are paying by prepaid card these can be purchased from the marina office during opening hours. For those using smart meters please use the electrical outlet as instructed by the marina team. If you do not have the correct adaptor for the socket size available please contact the marina office. Electricity connections are provided by the marina at the user’s own risk and it is a user’s responsibility to ensure that they have the suitable fitting for their on-board systems. Electricity may be loaded via your smart card. Topping up your smart card can only be done by calling in to the marina office. Please note cards can only be topped up during office hours.
Please ensure you follow the steps below on how to load your card on to your post. Should you have any problems feel free to contact the marina office. How to activate your electricity: 1. Lift the front cover of the corresponding socket number 2. Slide your card into the slot to the right-hand side of the unit with the chip facing inwards - push it all the way in 3. Your screen will say SUCCESS When you are travelling you can take the electricity off the post to retain your credit. To do this please follow the instructions below: 1. Push the red button - holding it in at all times 2. Push your card into the slot to the right-hand side of the unit 3. Remove the card and release the red button 4. Your screen will say NO CREDIT 5. FUEL Fuel is available on H pontoon - see map. This is a serviced facility therefore please contact the marina office when you require re-fuelling. Please note we are not able to fill carry containers with diesel. Don’t forget annual berth holders get 10% discount on fuel sales, just show your loyalty card.
PUMP OUT Pump out is available free of charge to all berth holders and is located close to the slipway - see map. This service is carried out by the marina team. Please prebook at the marina office. You can also dispose of oil and oily rags at this facility.
SECURITY We operate 24hr security and CCTV on our entrance and pontoon gates. Access codes for the pontoon, gates and facilities are noted on page 7. Please do not share these codes with anyone outside of the marina or with anyone on the pontoon seeking to gain access. If you have any difficulty with access please speak to the marina office.
PA R K I N G Free parking is provided on site for all berth holders within the designated car park.
PETS Pets are welcome at the marina. All dogs must be kept on a lead when walking in public areas and please pick up after all pets and place in the waste bins provided.
TROLLEYS Trolleys have been provided for berth holder use. Please feel free to use as and when required. We would ask you to be mindful of not leaving trolleys to obstruct walkways and to return them as soon as you’ve finished. 08

RUBBISH Rubbish bins for domestic waste and recycling are provided at our main recycling centre. If you have large items for disposal please speak to the marina team for help and advice.
WiFi Free WiFi accounts, allowing the connection of up to five devices, are provided to all berth holders. Please allow up to five days for these to be connected. A guest WiFi login is also available, details for which are listed on page 7 and are available from the marina office.
WAT E R Drinking water is available on the pontoons. You will need a hose and a tap connector. May we please ask you to use water considerately.
SHOWERS & TOILETS Showers and toilets are available for your use in the marina office building. They are cleaned regularly and we ask that you leave them as you would wish to find them. Access codes are provided on page 7 and can be obtained from the marina office.

SAFETY NOTICE PLEASE READ Tingdene Marinas Ltd ask all Marina Users to follow these simple safety measures and to inform all guests and visitors of them: This is a working marina with boat hoisting, craning and boat towing occurring at all times. Please be aware of the danger of these activities. The pontoons and walkways are slippery in wet or icy conditions; please take extra care. Salt or grit is provided for your use if required. Please keep pontoons clear of all equipment and rubbish. Children and non-swimmers must wear life jackets at all times. Children must not be allowed to ride in the luggage trolleys. Bicycles must not be ridden on the pontoons or ramps. Do not run on the pontoons. BBQs are not allowed on the pontoons. Swimming is not allowed in the marina basin. In extreme weather and/or flood conditions life jackets must be worn by all marina users. Ground anchors will be deployed during extreme flood and/or wind conditions and the Marina will be closed to navigation. Please contact the Marina Office for current navigation advice. Danger: the electric supply to the pontoons is threephase mains. Do not tamper with the electric supply. Report all faults to the Marina Team.

Please report all accidents and any damage or faults to the Marina Team as soon as possible. All trade visitors must report to the Marina Office prior to entry. Do not discharge oil, sewage or any other pollutants into the marina basin.
FIRE DRILL 1. Sound the Alarm and shout ‘FIRE’. The fire alarms are located: Office/Storage building/Slipway 2. Call the Fire Brigade. Dial 999. Advise marina name and address, and location of Fire on site: Stourport Marina, Sandy Lane, Stourport-onSevern, DY13 9QF. Do you need an Ambulance and/or the Police? 3. Communicate danger to staff, Marina users and evacuate. Do not re-enter danger area. Avoid panic; communicate actions. 4. Evacuate injured persons from fire area if this is possible safely and without further injury. Do not endanger further persons. Your evacuation point is: The marina entrance. 5. If the evacuation route from the pontoons is blocked by fire, use any available boat or dinghy to evacuate from the safest areas of the pontoons. 6. Do you require First Aid? First Aider(s): Mal Sargent, David Lingard and Bryan Taylor 7. Note areas of additional hazard: Fire, Gas bottles, Oil Spill, Electrocution, Smoke, Explosion, Pontoon Collapse, Wind direction. 8. Nominate staff members to meet Fire Brigade.
9. Can the fire be fought safely? IF NO: - Await Fire Brigade - Review actions - Keep Marina users away from danger area IF YES: - Locate fire-fighting equipment - Extinguish fire (Remember the ‘Fire Triangle’: Heat-Fuel-Air Remove any one and the fire goes out). - Ensure Fire Brigade attend and render safe 10. Do you need to shut-off the electric supply? Ask the Fire Brigade. Locations: Office/Clubhouse/ Storage building/Pontoon A 11. Are all persons accounted for safely? Ask other Marina users. 12.
