DISCLAIMERS & WARNINGS
05 MONETISATION STRATEGy IVVy GENERATES REVENUES FROM ALL PARTICIPANTS IN ITS MARKET iVvy operates a very profitable business model with low fixed costs, recurring revenue and large corporate sign ups contributing massive revenues to the Company. The business model has an extremely efficient cash conversion cycle with license fees locked in under long term contract and paid monthly in advance. Transaction fees are also remitted to iVvy in an efficient manner and at no cost. Currently transaction fees are debited against a credit card account and are remitted on a monthly basis. Within 8 months once the global online market place has been built these fees will be paid to iVvy as the transaction occurs. iVvys generates revenues off all participants in its market place. The monetisation strategy for the business is to collect small monthly license fees from participants in addition to transaction fees whenever a sale is made. The volumes of money transacted in this market are huge meaning that iVvy’s revenues and profits increase dramatically as people adopt the platform. The rate of adoption is encouraged by the system architecture which requires venues and corporates to register their suppliers on the platform – this works in a similar manner to LinkedIn or Facebook, people will be asked to register with iVvy if
