This 8’x20’ home has 160 square feet of living space, and that doesn’t even include the loft, which holds a queen sized bed.

The double gable roofs in the loft greatly increase the headspace in the loft.

This Oregon Trail is highly customized with painted window trim, custom wood exterior trim, oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures, tongue and groove interior walls, an additional rear Dutch door, and a kitchen and bathroom under the loft.

Oregon Trail 2

This Oregon Trail features a light color scheme with a few custom features including custom light fixtures, a smaller stainless sink, a Japanese soaker tub, and a specialty reading nook with foldouts and storage.

California Cabin

This California Cabin was highly customized, including adjusting the roofline from the standard design of the California Modern, in order to provide a more cabin like feel.

The French doors and large windows on this build brought in great light that add to the cabin’s warmth.

Upgrading to tongue and groove walls from the standard drywall added to the cabin motif.

Willamette Farmhouse 1

This 38-foot Willamette Farmhouse is a highly customized Tiny SMART House that functions as a family home.

At 363 square feet in total this is the largest Tiny SMART House out there and to meet the needs of the client required some unique solutions to make sure they could live comfortably, while also living tiny.

These upgrades included a custom rear platform on the frame to house bathroom holding tanks, hanging storage for kitchen goods, and ensuring that anything in the house was multipurpose.

This large farmhouse also features a loft above the gooseneck trailer hitch (standard on all models over 30’).

The kitchen was upgraded to include a stainless steel countertop to provide for easier cleaning and to match the standard stainless appliances.

The floors were a dark stained bamboo that compliments the abundant Tiny SMART House specialty redwood walls and inlays.

An upgraded window package brought in several more windows and skylights for extra light.

Willamette Farmhouse 2

This Willamette Farmhouse was originally built by Tiny SMART House for customers that chose to finish it themselves. It is an 8’x24’ model with 196 square feet of living space, excluding the lofts. We framed the shell and finished the exterior and then turned it over to the owner to let them customize it themselves. This DIY option is something that we discuss with our clients as a way for them to save money and make the house feel more personal.

This Willamette Farmhouse was Tiny SMART House’s first remodel job. Our client purchased Willamette Farmhouse 2 from the original owner and then brought it back to TSH headquarters for a major overhaul.

Pictured in the bottom right is the new interior, which included custom redwood inlays, redwood walls and a covered loft. We also introduced a new sitting area below the loft

The update was centered on a reclaimed chandelier that the client brought to TSH. We developed a custom bathroom entirely clad in copper with galvanized steel accents, redwood cabinetry, and a floor made entirely out of U.S. pennies.

Northwest Mountaineer 1

Built to be an adventurer’s best friend the Northwest Mountaineer is durable, aerodynamic, extra lightweight, and has plenty of storage space in the loft.

With abundant windows this model will allow the owner incredible views, anywhere in the world.

This Mountaineer is a hot springs on wheels featuring our standard on-demand hot water, a full size Jacuzzi, and a sauna.

Spray foam insulation increases the R-value, while simultaneously adding rigidity to the structure.

Much of the interior wood is reclaimed cedar from the old Salem, OR Governor’s mansion.
