Built in the 17th century and expanded in the 19th, Casa Roncalli has preserved the charm of its origins. Overlooking a cobblestone courtyard with colorful patterns and surrounded by a private garden protected by the historic wall of the “Fosse,” this residence is an oasis of privacy and timeless beauty.

With its spacious and well-distributed layout, Casa Roncalli is designed in a “C” shape that embraces the central courtyard, creating perfect harmony between the architecture and the surrounding garden. The house consists of three independent units, offering the flexibility to be used as a single large residence or to host guests in separate apartments. All floors are connected by an elevator.
