ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE FROM ACCOMMODATION
Prior to arrival on campus HR will confirm the date of your arrival and the procedures
You will be accepting your allocated Staff Quarter in the condition it has been presented to you. There is an inventory for all Staff Quarters which will need to be confirmed by you and the Estates Department

Photographs and a handover report of its condition will be given to you in order that you will understand the condition TISB expects for its return
You will be signing for an inventory of items; this will stay on your staff file until the end of your contract. You will have 3 days to notify the Estates Office of any damages that you have noticed that have not been noted on the handover report.
HR will confirm the date of departure from your accommodation
Prior to departure your Staff Quarter must be cleaned as per the photographs given to you. All areas must be thoroughly cleaned and ready for use, in particularly the kitchen and bathrooms
All personal items and rubbish removed.
The Staff Quarter will be inspected and the inventory will be checked by the Estate Department
All TISB provided items, as listed in the inventory, are to be in place and serviceable.
TISB retains the right at all times to charge departing staff for all damages, lost items and unclean quarters
An invoice will be prepared, and the final amount will be deducted from your final salary
