Fashion Retailing in Spain (FRS) is an intensive three-week program in English which includes classes from renowned industry experts and professors from prestigious fashion schools such as London College of Fashion (LCF), Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, Villanueva University (Complutense University Madrid) and Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) in Scotland.
FRS Summer School Program (3 ECTS - 70 hours) FRS will take place at the heart of Madrid’s Golden Mile: Salamanca district in the city center. The campus is within walking distance of landmarks such as Plaza Cibeles and Parque de Retiro and lively shopping and cultural hubs such as Prado Museum or Gran Via Street. FRS Summer School 2016 offers two specific tracks to focus your learning. Key activities Industry visits to company headquarters, flagship stores and factories as well as retail routes in Madrid, the vibrant capital of Spanish fashion. Assesment Students work on a Final Project in groups in order to apply knowledge learnt.
