The given topic was covered by me in collaboration with Professor O.I. Drobot in an article titled «The development of the state regulation of Ukrainian hunting in context of its adaptation to the conditions of European Union countries» http://www.kbuapa.kharkov.ua/e-book/apdu/20112/doc/6/01.pdf (2010-2014) I deliver the course of lectures in “Legal Regulation of hunting industry” in Ivano-Frankivsk regional center for retraining and advanced training of employees of state agencies, local governments, state enterprises, institutions and organizations and in Carpathian Regional Education Center of Ukrainian of training, retraining and advanced training of forestry staff. (2010-2015).

As a Consultant of the program FLEG II (WWF) I prepared report “Analysis of the legislative framework of hunting industry of Ukraine and development of improved proposals” (2014). On June 26, 2014 at the National Forestry University it was organized by me a round table on the problems of state regulation of hunting and its enforcement (as part of program ENPI FLEG II ).

During the second stage of FLEG II program I have participated in the preparation of the report on "Analysis of legal framework and practice of hunting in some countries of the European Union" as a programme consultant. May 13, 2015 I took part in the panel discussion on "International experience and the development of hunting in Ukraine" which was a part of the Fleg II programme (Lviv), where I presented my own ideas on hunting development in Ukraine in the following reports: "Historical experience of Galicia in hunting development", "International experience and the development of hunting in Ukraine" and "Proposals on improving hunting model in Ukraine".

July 7, 2015 I took part in the panel discussion on "Proposals on improving hunting functioning in Ukraine" (Boyarka). During the communicative event I have spoken on "Normative legal acts and other legislative initiatives for improving hunting in Ukraine."

Excellent communication skills. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point). I am proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint and work with them everyday in my job.

Education Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named S.Z.Hzhytsky: 1982–1989 (specialty: veterinarian); Magistracy of Public Service (Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas): 2005–2007 (specialty: Master of Public Service). In 2007 I defended my master's thesis on the topic "State regulation of hunting economy" with an excellent mark.

PhD in Public Administration. I have defended the thesis on «The relevance of historical experience of Galicia in the late XIX - early XX centuries for state regulation of hunting economy in modern Ukraine»,

major area of specialization 25.00.01 (theory and history of public administration). My research proposes amendments to current legislation regulating the hunting industry.

Employment Record: 2005-2016: I conduct the enforcement of legislative framework in the field of hunting and gamekeeping in my everyday professional activity on a position of a main specialist of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Agency for Forestry Resources and Hunting. Work experience in the Agency: 11 years. My professional and scientific work is the best proof of my good understanding of the system of hunting management and I have a practical experience of its enforcement. My responsibilities include: preparation of draft orders of Regional State Administration and administrative decisions on organization of hunting in the region. I also conduct the analysis of economic efficiency of hunting that provides making adequate administrative decisions.

1996 -2005: an expert engineer of gamekeeping in Ivano-Frankivsk Forestry.

1990-1996: an expert in gamekeeping in "Prykarpatlis". Working as a hunting expert engineer in IvanoFrankivsk Forestry and industrial association “Prykarpatlis”, I participated in organization of foreign hunting for Germans in Ivano-Frankivsk region in 1993 on the territory of Osmolodskyi Forestry.

Membership in Professional Societies: I have a rich experience in communication as I participated in 19 conferences among which those organized by FLEG. Two of my works were presented on the competition and received money rewards.

After the first stage of the program, I had some publications in central media highlighting the elaborated proposals. The article “Collision in hunting legislation or planned chaos?” (http://www.telekritika.ua/lesnoi_sector/2014-03-17/91625) was awarded in the competition "Law and Governance in the Forest Sector 2014" organized by "Telekritika" and FLEG program.

In 2015 I submitted 5 articles on problems of hunting industry and its legislative support to the competition organized by Teleklritika and Fleg program. As a part of levelling the corruption factors on the hunting industry I have worked with "Transparency International Ukraine". In cooperation with the head of the organization we've written the article "Hunting with a touch of corruption" published on Radio Svoboda website. April 15 2016 together with Dmytro Karabchuk, an expert in forestry and the coordinator of WWF project in Ukraine participated in international scientific conference on "Problems of public administration development in Ukraine", where we presented a report "Influence of Fleg-II programme on hunting industry in Ukraine."

Author of 180 scientific and journalistic works in the sphere of economics, political studies and public administration of the hunting industry.

In 2015-2016 published 5 monographs, namely: Having got references by WWF Ukraine, I took part in the international conference "Improving the quality of administrative services by strengthening civil society influence on public policy in this area", where I presented the material elaborated during the first stage of FLEG program.

The elaborated materials on improving effectiveness of state regulation in terms of combating corruption were awarded by a diploma of Ukrainian Public Organization “Lustration by People”, September 2014.
