Forms Introduction

It is essential for forms to be editable, whether they are in an online or offline format.
Offline, forms can be printed out to pen-in edits for sending or scanning. By using HTML5 and appropriate software, I create online forms that can be edited digitally, incorporating as many limitations as required by the client. Forms can be embedded on the web or sent digitally.

Procedure
1. If available, existing forms are sent through. Alternatively, suitable open-source versions are identified, or new forms are developed through collaboration with a contract lawyer.
2. During the design stage an interactive form that can be digitally edited or printed is created.
3. Once signed off, an artwork version is created and sent and/or implemented on your site.
