Classes – A 40 to 60 minute fitness classes offered. Can be one or multiple modes (cardio, strength, mind/body, combo) Incentive Programs – A formal fitness program used to motivate employees to specific actions of wellness behavior. Most programs are designed to award for completion. Special Events – A themed wellness day. Can be limited in attendance but normally open to public to encourage outreach. Seminars/Webinars – These lunch and learn like seminars are informative and create a call to action for optimum wellness. One-on-One / SGT(small group training) – Appointments made with trainer and employee. One-on-One is perfect who those who want to privately discuss a personal health plans while SGT is for those who enjoy the comradeire of training with friends.
