This information is also be posted on the District website and the Technology staff portal page. Obtain Flex Credit! Any staff member that is interested in attending the Cyber Bullying/Internet Safety meeting(s) can receive approved flex credit. Please go out to Eduphoria Workshop and sign up. CISD Technology Internet Safety Week: October 19-23 Each campus will have various activities throughout this week in order to provide additional information regarding Internet Safety for all students. Technology Staff Member Spotlight Chad Branum—Executive Director of Technology I have been a part of the CISD Technology Department for 10 years. Before that, I graduated from Southlake Carroll and attended Texas A&M University where I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree. Additionally, I attended Western Michigan University to obtain my Master of Arts degree in Educational Technology. I also have a wife (Tabitha) who is the Director at New Tech High @ Coppell along with 3 children (Kegan-12, Cade-9 and Karys-3). All of my spare time outside of work is all about baseball! I really enjoy working for Coppell ISD and hope to continue helping the District integrate technology throughout the educational experience.

Nancy Garvey—Technology Integration Specialist I have been a part of the Coppell ISD family for quite a while. I graduated from Coppell High School in 1995. I attended Texas Tech University, and then started my teaching career in Coppell at Town Center Elementary. I had so much fun teaching at TC ! This is where I learned that technology is such an important part of our student’s lives. I became a Technology Integration Specialist the year it was introduced in Coppell. I have been an I-Team member for 5 years and have had the privilege of working on 3 more campuses (Cottonwood, Wilson and now CMS East). I have a very sweet husband and have been married for about a year and half. We have 2 amazing dogs, and a very sweet foster puppy. All of my spare time outside of work is taken up with photography and hanging out with my family.
