Angie Gallion grew up in East Central Illinois and now resides with her husband and their children outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Angie’s writings often deal with personal growth through tragedy or trauma. She enjoys exploring complex relationships, often set against the backdrop of addiction or mental illness. Her debut novel, Intoxic, received the Bronze Medal from Readers’ Favorite in the General Fiction category. The reader response to Intoxic inspired Gallion to continue the Alison Hayes Journey, a coming-ofage series, which now include: Intoxic, Purgus, and Icara. A fourth installment in the Alison Hayes Journey is due late 2018. Off the Dark Ledge is Angie’s first foray into the Psychological Thriller genre but is sure not to be her last. Emergent, fourth in her Alison Hayes series, releases November 2018.
Born to a Southern Baptist minister of 30 years and a Southern belle who served 30 years as Sunday School teacher, choir member, and stay at home mom, Tim F. Miller was born and raised in the heart of the Bluegrass of Kentucky and has been an educator for the past 25 years with a voracious appetite for reading—especially historical non-fiction works. He received a BA in Political Science and History at University of Kentucky and MA at State University of West Georgia. The Coward is a fast-paced thriller that urges the reader to follow Jack through a difficult transitional phase of self-indulgence to self-sacrifice and real love. Jack’s formidable trek into the underworld and on the run, will compel the reader to explore the complexities of courage and cowardice. The Courageous is a fast-paced thriller that pushes the reader to follow Luke through the dire foreshadowing of Jack’s nightmare. Luke’s aggressive reactions, in stark contrast to Jack’s timidity, will compel the reader to explore the complexities of courage and cowardice.
Janet Hogan Chapman, Ed.D. aka GeorgiaJanet, The Bohemian Southern Belle was born, raised, and lived all her life in and around Atlanta, Georgia. She writes about remarkable women and claims her mission as The Bohemian Southern Belle is to empower strong women through prose and poetry. A life-long writer, she has published professionally on historical topics, infant education, preschool ministry, elementary education, and teacher education. She has published two novels, a novella, a memoir, and is currently researching her third novel. Madam May, a Tale of Madams, Morphine, Moonshine, and Murder her first novel, was published in 2016. After Madam May, a novella, was published in 2018. It tells what became of Madam May after she was on trial for murder and how she came to be Dr. Chapman’s grandmother. Dorothy May, also published in 2018, tells the tragic but enduring story of Madam May’s informally adopted daughter, Dorothy. Dr. Chapman’s first memoir is This Teacher Talks, What Really Goes on in America’s Schools. It describes the events that take place over a school year among the faculty and staff of an elementary school.
