Firstly, we would like to thank members for their continued support in attending events and secondly, we want to take this opportunity to welcome our new members to the EMC family. Big thanks to those who attended the Private Affair One Year Anniversary on Friday 28th May. A great night was had by all and as usual, well supported and we partied until 4am.

EMC Welcomes Sistatalk

Unfortunately, the Pavilion has received a few complaints from the residents regarding the noise when guests are leaving the car-park at the end of the night. I know you are in high spirits having had a great time but please can I ask Private Affair members to consider and respect the residents. They have a lot of influence in the continuation of the monthly dances and we don’t want to lose this great night, especially as we are trying to obtain a later license which could be declined due to the noise violation. Just remember to respect the residents!! The EMC Family would like to say a big thank you and welcome to the JB Crew who we believe are going to be around for a while! Equally thanks to all members who made the extra effort to dress-up for the occasion of “Cruising through the Night” black tie and evening gown event on the Teresa Joanne boat on Saturday 12th June. This was an evening of sophisticated entertainment for those looking for something special and thank you to ACR Photography for capturing highlights of the evening. Dress Code EMC would like to reiterate that there is a high standard dress-code for all guests at the Private Affair dances which must be adhered to – NO JEANS, NO CAPS, NO TRAINERS & NO BANDANNAS. As usual there will be that small element who feel they do not have to adhere to the dress-code. Sorry folks no exemptions! Any guest dressed in the wrong attire will be refused entrance by the security guard and their ticket will NOT BE REFUNDED. It is with great regret that EMC had to Part Company with Palmers Catering but we will let you know who will be stepping in to provide your cuisine delight. Regards

Edgar
