The schedule is first come first serve. We have two areas on the show floor where Exhibit Education Product Demos will take place: Special Events Theater – Located in Hall 3, TNLA will provide a stage, monitors for presentations and AV, Exhibitor must supply the product, presentation slides and any additional demonstration equipment needed Product Demo Area – Located in Hall 2 near the TNLA Booth and PAC Lounge, TNLA will provide an open space for showcasing products IN ACTION & ON THE MOVE, Exhibitor must supply the product and any additional demonstration equipment needed It is the discretion of Show Management for best placement and time of your product demo. Once time slots are sold out, we will not be able to take any additional exhibit demos. NOTE: THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF SESSIONS YOUR COMPANY CAN PURCHASE AS LONG AS WE HAVE ROOM WITHIN THE SCHEDULE TO PLACE YOUR DEMONSTRATION. Texas Mutual Insurance General Industry 10-Hour Course OSHA 10-hour Outreach Training for General Industry The OSHA 10-hour Outreach Training for General Industry course provides students with basic safety and health knowledge including OSHA policies, procedures, and standards. Certified Professionals: NEW way to engage in education at EXPO! Certified Professionals Get Ready to Begin Your EXPO Journey EXPO is getting closer and we want to make sure you have your game plan ready when it comes to earning CEUs by preparing for your EXPO journey now. We have changed the way we normally offer education. This year we will have a full CEU day on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, before the Tradeshow opens. Now you and your team can spend more time on the show floor receiving expert advice from exhibitors and sourcing much-needed products and materials. You can check out the Wednesday CEU Education Day Schedule by clicking here to find classes offering continuing education units from TNLA, TDA, and TCEQ plus more! We are also offering a full-day Landscape Irrigation TCEQ track that is in Spanish! Fees for Wednesday’s CEU Education along with the Spanish Landscape Irrigation are $225 for members but will increase after July 22, 2022. Then on Thursday, August 11, and Friday, August 12, earn even more CEUs by taking part in the adventure on the Tradeshow Floor by registering for the $25 Demo Education All Access Pass. You can find the demo schedule here. There will be demos on tree climbing, landscape lighting and irrigation, retail merchandising along with flying drones.

Molly Keck is an Integrated Pest Management Program Specialist with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension in Bexar County, TX (San Antonio, TX). Molly graduated from Texas A&M University in and holds a Bachelors (2003) and Masters (2005) degree in Entomology. She is a Board Certified Entomologist specializing in Urban/Industry Entomology. Molly has been working for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service since 2005. As a program specialist in IPM, her responsibilities include providing adult and youth educational programs. She works with the pest management industry providing CEU courses, identifying insects, and providing information to support the industry. Molly provides Master Gardener and Master Naturalists trainings and various educational seminars to the public, garden clubs, and other professional groups on entomology and pest management. In addition, she performs various research projects on fire ants, bed bugs, termites, and other urban and landscape pests. Molly is also active in and serves on the board and various committees for entomological professional organizations and societies such as Entomological Society of America (past Certification Board Member), Southwestern Branch of Entomological Society of America (current President) and National Conference of Urban Entomology (committee member).

Benjamin Wherley, Ph.D. is a graduate of North Carolina State University, 2008. His specialty is Turfgrass Science & Ecology Research. Dr. Wherley holds a 70% research/ 30% teaching appointment. His research program addresses basic and applied research issues related to turfgrass management and ecology. He focuses on developing sustainable approaches to irrigation, nutrient management, and construction practices for golf course, sod production, and lawn systems. Dr. Wherley's program collaborates with faculty across various disciplines to address problems of interest to turf industry stakeholders. Dr. Wherley currently teaches undergraduate courses in Advanced Turfgrass Ecology and Physiology (SCSC 428), Professional Development in Turfgrass Science (SCSC 489), and Sports Field Construction (SCSC 427), and oversees undergraduate research projects (SCSC 491) each semester.

Raymond De La Garza, Jr. was born and raised in Houston, Texas where he attended College at the University of Houston-Downtown and earned his degree in Biological & Physical Sciences. He returned to the university to earn a second bachelor's degree in Business Management. He later worked to obtain his Irrigator’s license (LI0016320) and later his license as a Backflow Assembly Prevention Tester (BPAT0014817). Raymond has taught middle school for the past 20 years and has been teaching the 16-hour Irrigation Technician course since 2010. Later this year he will add an 8-hr Hydraulics CEU course for irrigators, technicians, and inspectors. He has been a TCEQ-approved training provider since 2010 and continues to help students succeed and obtain their technician license and is one of the very few that offers the course through bilingual instruction. He has helped many students navigate through the TCEQ requirements and has updated students on the changes from the TCEQ regulations. He continues to help students in obtaining their Irrigation Technician license. In his spare time, he likes to do home improvement and landscape projects.
