IMRAN KHAN
In 1992, Imran Khan led the Pakistani national cricket team to victory at the Cricket World Cup and then entered politics as critic of government corruption in Pakistan. He is a Pakistani cricketer, politician, philanthropist, and the former prime minister of Pakistan 2018 - 2022. After the elections in July 2018, Khan campaigned on a platform of fighting corruption and poverty, despite criticism that he was too close to the military establishment. The PTI won the majority of seats in the National Assembly, allowing Khan to form a coalition with independents.

1. Before entering politics, Imran Khan was a famed international cricketer and captain of the Pakistan national team. 2. Khan received several offers of political positions during his career before retiring from cricket. He was offered leadership positions by former president Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq in 1987, and he also turned down invites from Nawaz Sharif to join his party. 3. He boycotted the 2008 elections and led an election campaign in 2013, emerging as one of the major parties. In 2013, Khan's party won second-largest votes and third most seats. 4. He made the comments while talking on a podcast hosted by popular social media influencer and vlogger Junaid Akram. “Independent does not mean anti-American. I am not even anti-Indian. I am against the racist policies of BJP and RSS and what they have done in Kashmir,” Imran Khan said.

Water, solar and wind energy production has the highest priority in the renewable energy policy. Production of green energy will increase by 60 percent till 2030.
