A TIMELESS SWEETNESS FOR OVER A CENTURY. The best professional gelato makers, Italian and international, always choose Fabbri and its products which were created by the inspiration and the knowledge of Gennaro Fabbri, the founding father of the company. With the help of his sons, he gave life to many specialties in the field of ice cream and confectionary which are still to this day supporting the master artisans in their daily work. It was 1915 when the product which became the unmistacable signature of Casa Fabbri was first introduced: the famous “Marena con Frutto”. From a recipe of Gennaro’s wife Rachele Buriani, Amarena Fabbri has become the symbol of the company for over a century, also thanks to the well-known blue and white jar, the gift of love of Gennaro to his wife. Amarena Fabbri and its jar are still today icons of taste and tradition, heirs of the healthy and genuine culture of Italian gastronomy, which always characterized the identity and the values of Fabbri.

Created to meet the training requirements for professionals, the Fabbri Master Class has a dedicated School facility with classrooms provided with cutting-edge technological equipment. Thanks to Fabbri, since 1998, there are thousands of new gelato and pastry entrepreneurs in the international scene: they attended the training courses, confirming the educational role of Fabbri and the success of a professional qualification project.

Certified Responsibility. Fabbri has always been committed to respecting the needs of all consumers and to certifying this social responsibility. This year we will introduce a wide range of VEGAN OK certified products, to fulfil the needs of the increasing number of vegan consumers and their sensibility regarding responsible consumption. With 800 Gluten Free products and more than 400 lactose-free items, we can fulfil the requirements of those who cannot or have decided not to consume certain ingredients, without renouncing to the taste and quality of our products. Furthermore, several years ago, Fabbri decided not to use hydrogenated fats or palm oil in its products. We are convinced that responsibility can also be measuredby the ability to bring together different needs and cultures. Proof of this are our 600 Kosher-certified products, compliant with the Jewish preparation regulations, and our over 300 Halal Italia products , certified by the Muslim institution in charge of such certifications. Our raw materials and suppliers are very accurately selected, to ensure the safety of the production line, in compliance with international standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, IFS (International Food Standards) and BRC (British Retail Consortium).
