Toby Larocque Graduated from UCSB in Santa Barbara Magna Cum Loude in 2000 with a degree in Business Economics and Spanish. After accepting a job with a Public accounting firm out of college he decided to change paths to a life of entrepreneurism. The first Venture was Firefly Imports, an upscale Furniture store located on the prestigious State Street, in Santa Barbara. Larocque and partner travelled to Indonesia looking for companies to import high quality products. After a few years of strategic distribution relations and international import and export partners the business ultimately closed down due in part to a downturn in the economy.

Without skipping a Beat, Toby Larocque moved on to a separate venture forming a Fishing charter operation out of Puerto Vallarta Mexico, what a change. The life of an entrepreneur is always unknown.

His passion for internet marketing and web development brought him into both businesses as he created an online presence and leaned how to attract customers. During his charter business operations – which continues to this day under separate owners who purchased the business, he decided to form another company, Targeted Advertising Solutions, LLC to help other growing companies create functional web applications and market these to their customer base. This company was a success and primarily geared to eCommerce clients. Mr. Larocque brought up many multi-million dollar operations from the ground up with eCommerce storefronts. It was at this point that he decided to test out a little Google math as he called it and start up an eCommerce business. He used Industrial Filtration as his product base and jumped into eCommerce all the time operating TAS from afar. He stared a company called Killer Filter, Inc. Killer Filter became a successful multi-million dollar eCommerce operation which was later sold to people who run businesses well and is a success today.

The platform Toby Larocque created for Killer Filter, Inc was held onto and now is called NebuCore, a fully integrated eCommerce solution for small to medium size businesses.

Today Mr Larocque operates with partners NebuCore, Inc as well as 2 independent charter operations in Mexico for deep see fishing. His wife and family (as you can tell from above) are driven crazy on a regular basis but support the passion and the drive of an entrepreneur.
