A Springfield Couple is providing a gift to the city of Springfield for the second time with a free event at the Bing Arts Center on Sunday, April 22 from 2pm-5pm. The Springfield Community Festival is being presented by David Ewen and his wife Maria for a day of rest and relaxation as Springfield continues to recover from the June 1st tornado that ripped through Western Massachusetts in 2011. Last September, the event was launched for the first time, just three months after the tornado. The appreciation from area residents made David and Maria Ewen want to do so more for their city. Visitors will enjoy short films, music, and book presentations. David says, “This will make you proud of Springfield”. Maria says, “This will give you happiness and laughter”. David & Maria share an open invitation to the Springfield Community Festival for Sunday, April 22 from 2pm to 5pm at the Bing Arts Center. ● ● ●
