THE MISSION OF AllWomen OB/GYN, PSC? To provide our patients excellent care. We are also a business that provides employment opportunities in our community. Our business is owned and managed by women, employs women, and serves women.

COMPANY’S TENURE IN LOUISVILLE? Started in the 1980’s as a 3-person group and has evolved to a larger practice.

BEST EMPLOYEE BENEFIT? We value our employees, and we strive to maintain a healthy and compassionate working environment. In the past, we have sought the assistance to an outside professional to improve communication and tolerance. We believe that this will positively impact not only our employees but the overall relationship with our patients.

ORGANIZATIONS YOUR BUSINESS SUPPORTS? We are always searching for opportunities to help the community. We co-sponsored the 1st Annual Oxmoor VIPink Event for Breast Cancer Awareness, from the Fashion Show to the Survivors Reception. We annually support Twisted Pink in donation collection, and we donate supplies to the Center for Women & Families and Food Bank.

UPCOMING GOALS? In the short-term, we would like to continue to expand our practice to include more medical options for our patients. For example, we introduced in Louisville the MonaLisa Touch, a non hormonal treatment for vaginal dryness and painful intercourse. We also have advanced training in Hormone Replacement Therapy, including compound preparations and pellets. Our long-term goal is mostly the desire to remain independent so that we can offer to our patients more options, more hospitals, and the best care for the cheapest cost.

CULTURE OF YOUR COMPANY? The care and attention we offer is unique. In this fast evolving health care, which is becoming more and more “corporate driven,” we still value the individual attention and medical ability to attend to the person as a whole, body and mind.
