THE MISSION OF Advanced Care House Calls? To increase the availability and quality of healthcare in our community by offering accessible acute care, primary care and chronic disease management in the home. Our mission is to keep patients as independent, safe, happy and healthy in their current living environment for as long as possible.

HOW LONG IN LOUISVILLE? 16 years, with operations beginning in 2004.

COMPANY’S PROUDEST MOMENT(S)? Feeling the same pressure as everyone else under the current circumstances, we are proud of how well both we and the Louisville community came together with one common mission — protecting and caring for our community during a pandemic. We never ceased delivering safe, in-home primary services and remained present and dedicated to our patients — some being in the most vulnerable populations.

BEST EMPLOYEE BENEFIT? Our nurse practitioners have a certain degree of flexibility in their daily schedules, allowing them the ability to work within any environment as it changes around them. That ability to pivot as needed is one of the things that makes our services unique as we’re well equipped to treat patients in areas where there has not traditionally been a heavy presence of healthcare providers.

ORGANIZATIONS YOUR BUSINESS SUPPORTS? HSPN - Senior Life Choices, Kentucky Senior Living, Kentucky Alzheimer’s Association, and Hosparus of Louisville.

UPCOMING GOALS? We want to take pressure off everyone involved in the process of treating someone — whether it be the patient, their family, the hospital and providers, or the community at large. Continuing to expand what we do — where we know we bring value — that’s what we’re always working toward.

TOP REASONS TO LOVE LOUISVILLE? Louisville has a culture focused on helping people. Over the years, the city has expanded, but we have not had the same loss of character that you sometimes hear about with growth or expansion, which makes us very proud to be here helping people!

CULTURE OF YOUR COMPANY? It’s all about helping people. . . It’s a simple thing to consider, but if you let that statement guide your actions throughout the day it’s hard to make the wrong decision.
