In high school I used it to capture moments in time that are chronicled in three yearbooks. My love of photography led me to a career in journalism where I began to record not just snapshots in time, but events and issues that are part of a tapestry called life. As a writer I’ve always focused on trying to help my reader understand his or her world as it relates to everyday life. Whether it’s agriculture, national politics, or local government… they all have an effect on our lives.
