Banana, Cinnamon & Coconut Heart Biscuits
These biscuits are perfect for teething babies - soft enough to mush in their mouths but crisp enough to bite, which helps their teeth push through. They are dairy and egg free.

Ingredients Directions
• 2 large bananas (riper the better) • 135g rolled oats • 8 tbsp desiccated coconut • 1 tsp cinnamon 1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Mash bananas well and add in the oats, coconut and cinnamon. Stir well. 3. Use your hands or a cookie cutter to make shapes (here we pressed the mixture into the cutter and popped back out) 4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden, then allow to cool on a wire rack, 5. Decorate with chosen toppings or keep as teething biscuit.
