Founded in 1977, Vee Rubber Group is the leading manufacturer of tires in Thailand for the automotive, motorcycle, and biking industries. Each of their products are carefully fashioned from select raw materials using modern manufacturing technology, and are supplied primarily to export.

In 2013, VEE Tire Co. was created to supply tires direct to consumers worldwide. With the ability to use research and development previously intended only for auto and motorcycle, VEE Tire Co. has created groundbreaking tires inspired from its parent company’s successful technology.

Its parent company, Vee Rubber, has been producing OEM automobile, motorcycle, and cycling tires since 1977 and is the leading producer of rubber performance tires in Thailand to date. VEE Tire Co. capitalizes on this resource by utilizing research and development in other tire industries, as well as the ability to quickly produce prototypes and innovative concepts for testing. As a result of our access to these valuable tools, VEE Tire Co. now offers a wide variety of compounds to ensure each tire is customized to its segment-providing unique features for advanced performance.

technology SILICA COMPOUND

TACKEE COMPOUND

For this Compound, we borrowed technology from the car and motorcycle industry to bring you a rubber that maintains superior performance in colder conditions. This soft material keeps its low resistance and flexibility in all temperatures with a rating of 57 A on our hardness scale.

One of our softest Compounds, this compound makes for a tire that is fun to ride as it maintains stickiness on all mountain and enduro segments. Unlike other soft compounds offered by our competitor’s, our Tackee compound offers the smallest rebound for more control on downhill. This compound features a low hardness of 48 A.

PSC (PURE SILICA) COMPOUND

Our Pure Silica Compound features all the benefits of our original silica, but on an amplified scale. Utilizing much more of our soft silica rubber, Pure Silica has better ice performance, is quieter, and allows less terrain to stick to the tire. Plus, with more silica rubber, our Pure Silica tires a color change that gives them a more natural look. This compound maintains a low hardness of 50 A.

DCC (DUAL CONTROL) COMPOUND

Our Dual Control Compound features two kinds of materials for speed and control. With a hardness of 56 A in the center and a lower 48 A on the sides, this allows our tires to maintain a fast rolling resistance with excellent cornering capabilities.

LSG (LOW SPECIFIC) COMPOUND

Our Low Specific Gravity Compound is incredibly lightweight.

Designed for BMX and Racing, it allows for superior speed with a hardness of 66 A. ENERGETIC COMPOUND

ENERGETIC

Our Energetic Compound is designed specifically for city trekking. VEE Tire Co. recognizes that urban terrain calls for added durability. This compound resists punctures and features a hardness of 60 A, allowing for excellent rolling resistance on both traditional and E-Bikes to conserve either your energy or your battery.

MPC (MULTIPURPOSE) COMPOUND

CONTINUUM COMPOUND

Our Continuum Compound is designed to keep our road bike tires as fast as possible. With a hardness of 66 A on our 100 A point scale, this compound offers a high level of durability and low rolling resistance that keeps your tire rolling continuously.

The Multipurpose Compound offers the most variety of all our materials as its designed with all terrains in mind. This compounds allows for durability and lengthens the life of the tire with a hardness of 56 A. WAW EDITION COMPOUND

Our WAW Compound is the softest of all our rubbers, designed specifically for sticking trial stunts. With a low hardness of 42 A, this compound offers excellent grip in both dry and wet conditions.

ARAMID BELT

This specially woven and lightweight layer gives additional puncture and cut protection to your tires. Adapted from road tire technology, Synthesis is lighter than our standard casing, enhances performance and features a high-end aesthetic exterior.

Our B-Proof casing features a specialty material that adds extra protection without the weight. Nearly identical to a fabric seal, the casing is paper thin but adds extreme strength.

SYNTHESIS - NANO

This premium casing consists of the same materials as our traditional Synthesis technology, but is more finely and tightly woven to suit smaller tires.

RUBBER BELT

Our new Rubber Belt technology makes your tires nearly flatproof, with a 5mm thick strip of specialized rubber between your tread and the tube. This flexible protection is great for riding in all conditions and completely resists tears or punctures.

GRAVITY CORE

This complex casing combines our 2-ply and Synthesis technology for protection that is three layers strong. Our highest level of defense, Gravity Core has been developed to remain light and maneuverable for downhill while still offering supreme durability.

We are proud to announce that many of our tires are now tubeless ready the latest in cycling tire technology. Tubeless drastically increases puncture resistance, allows for an efficient and controlled ride on low air pressure, and dramatically reduces rolling resistance as it eliminated friction between the tube and tire. Available in the majority of our segments, be on the lookout for this technology as you browse our wide selection of VEE Tire Co. tires.

S af e t y G uide First and foremost, always make sure your tires are the right fit for your wheels.

MOUNTING Start with the correct size tires, tubes and rim tape for your rim. Be sure you do not overinflate the tire beyond its designated air pressure (found on the sidewall of the tire).

BEFORE RIDING Check your tires thoroughly to be sure they are rid of nails, glass, or any other dangerous materials. Check your tire pressure to ensure your tires are properly inflated at all times.

Our Energetic compound is designed especially for e-bikes and is now available for many of our road tires. This premium compound offers the dependability of excellent grip and cornering capabilities, along with a low rolling friction to ensure nothing is holding you or your battery back.

It’s important to remember that fast e-bikes do require specialty tires, the best of which are those with an ECE-R75 European certification. All of our tires featuring the Energetic compound have been endorsed with this mark and uphold its standards at speeds of up to 50 KMH (31MPH). You’ll currently find this technology utilized on our Bulldozer, Galaxy, Easy Street, Zilent, and select Speedster tires.

WHILE RIDING Avoid riding over sharp objects or terrain that would cause damage to your tire. Do not ride on icy roads in order to avoid serious accidents. Avoid riding tandem as your tires are not built for excessive loads.

REPLACING TIRES Be sure to replace your tires when grooves appear worn out, you notice uneven abrasions, damage to the bead, cracks or scratches through the tire cord, or separation between the tire cord and tread rubber.

STORAGE Avoid exposing your tires to direct sunlight while storing and keep them away from oily places.

Do not allow oil or tire wax to contaminate your tires and keep tires and tubes away from equipment that may produce ozone.

The Speedster was designed for rolling speed and minimal drag on hard pack or paved terrain.The honeycomb center tread provides virtually zero rolling resistance and unbelievable tread lift. The honeycomb feature also gives you excellent traction in dry or wet condition. The Speedster was designed for rolling speed and minimal drag on hard pack or paved terrain. The honeycomb center tread provides virtually zero rolling resistance and unbelievable tread life. This honeycomb feature also gives you excellent traction in dry or wet conditions. Large diamond shaped side knobs provide the grip you need in corners, while the tread knobs get smaller towards the center for the ultimate speed and traction. And with its balloon-style structure, you’ll feel like you’re floating on air.
