Here at Cass Art we love the new Winsor and Newton Oilbars, which are exactly as they sound: Artists’ Oil Colour in a handy stick form. These Oilbars let you paint and draw directly onto a surface, combining the buttery consistency and richness achieved from oil painting with the freedom and direct mark-making of pastels and charcoals. These oil sticks have a unique formulation, made by combining pigments with linseed or safflower oil and blending together with specially selected wax.
